How it started
We started with a discovery phase inside the operation itself: mapping how orders arrive, how couriers are assigned, which zones matter and how cash is settled at the end of each day.
How we developed it
Delivio was configured and extended to match the workflow — dispatch rules, live GPS tracking, driver app and role-based dashboards — delivered in iterative sprints with weekly reviews.
Delivery & training
Go-live came after hands-on training for dispatchers and drivers, with historical data migrated and Arabic / English interfaces enabled from day one.
Where it stands now
The operation now runs on a single real-time console, backed by our SLA support.
